About DOPA

DOPA is a wellness self-observation tool that measures brief cognitive performance and guides recovery via a breath pacer. DOPA is not a medical device. All measurement data stays on your device.

Data transmission (exact standard wording — please do not simplify): default OFF = no scores or identity transmitted / opt-in ON + endpoint deployed = counts-only anonymous aggregates. The only outbound path the App can ever use is the anonymous, opt-in usage statistics (counts-only aggregates of event names, default OFF) described in Privacy Policy v1.1 §2.6, which would be received on Cloudflare infrastructure. A crash-reporting SDK (Sentry) is bundled but inactive (no DSN configured), and the telemetry endpoint is not yet deployed — so today’s actual outbound transmission is zero, but the App is not described as “never transmits off device,” because those dormant paths exist.

DOPA는 짧은 시간 인지 수행을 측정하고 호흡 페이서로 회복 흐름을 보여주는 자기 관찰용 도구입니다. DOPA는 의료기기가 아닙니다. 모든 측정 데이터는 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.

데이터 전송 (정확한 표준 문구 — 단순화 금지): 옵트인 OFF 기본 = 점수·신원 0 전송 / 옵트인 ON + 엔드포인트 배포 시 익명 카운트 집계만. 본 앱이 사용할 수 있는 유일한 외부 전송 경로는 개인정보처리방침 v1.1 §2.6의 익명·옵트인 사용 통계(이벤트 이름별 카운트 집계만, 기본 꺼짐)이며 Cloudflare 인프라에서 수신됩니다. 크래시 리포팅 SDK(Sentry)는 동봉되어 있으나 비활성(DSN 미설정)이고, 텔레메트리 엔드포인트도 아직 배포 전이라 현재 실제 외부 전송은 0입니다. 다만 이 휴면 경로들이 존재하므로 “외부 전송이 절대 없다”고 단정하지는 않습니다.

6문서 분리 운영 — 차별점

DOPA는 개인정보처리방침·이용약관·건강 면책 고지를 한국어·영어 6종으로 분리 운영합니다. 특히 전용 건강 면책 고지(Health Disclaimer) 는 결합 약관에 한 줄로 묻어두는 대신 별도 문서로 둔 자발적 안전장치로, 도파민·인지 측정을 다루는 앱의 책임 있는 자세를 반영합니다.

DOPA maintains six separate documents (privacy / terms / health × ko / en). The dedicated Health Disclaimer — kept as its own document rather than a single line buried in a combined agreement — is a voluntary safeguard reflecting a responsible posture for an app that frames dopamine and cognitive measurement.
